We want your Navura order to feel straightforward from purchase to delivery. Please review the terms below before requesting a return.

5-Day Return Request Window

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request, contact us at contact@navura.in with your order details.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants; custom or personalised products; personal-care and beauty products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids; and gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or variant is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@navura.in.

European Union Orders

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
